Warrany Service & Providers

All products are supported throughout the United States by our network of certified service providers. Product installation, preventive maintenance programs and professional repair services are available through these Providers, who are trained by Core Health & Fitness in the maintenance of our treadmills, bikes, Natural Runners and other products.

Core Health & Fitness manages all warranty service work through our Technical Support Center: From the moment of initial contact, we coordinate the dispatch of any required repair parts, schedule field service, provide technical assistance as required to the service technician, and then follow up to ensure that the repair was completed satisfactorily.

All service providers have direct access to our technical support services and are required to support our 48-hour on-site response policy. Core Health & Fitness specifies that providers must use only genuine replacement parts.

Installations

To ensure correct and accurate setup of our products, we offer complete installation services. Feel free to contact a support representative to help you coordinate one.
