Core Health & Fitness manages all warranty service work through our Technical Support Center: From the moment of initial contact, we coordinate the dispatch of any required repair parts, schedule field service, provide technical assistance as required to the service technician, and then follow up to ensure that the repair was completed satisfactorily.
All service providers have direct access to technical support services and are required to support our 48-hour on-site response policy. We specify that providers use only genuine replacement parts.
